Laptop

Purchasing a laptop can be a nightmare, with so many manufacturers and models to choose from its just one confusing mess.....  and is the sales man just a sales man?  Do they know their stuff or are they reading from the display card?

Well, we do know what we are talking about, after all were techies not salesmen,  building, configuring and repairing computers' day in, day out. We know what's hot and what's not!

We are not "box shifters" like the online stores and large multiples, and don't compete on price alone.  So on the entry level systems we sometimes can't compete.  We will let you know if you can get a better deal from somewhere else, and we are more than willing to configure your laptop for a fee.

When you purchase a laptop from us, you know your getting a laptop that will do what you need it to do!  The laptop will come configured to you, all the windows updates will have been installed and the antivirus software will be up to date.  Your recovery discs will be waiting, and if you have a wireless network at home, let us know the settings, and we will configure that too.  So all you have to do is take it home, turn it on and start using it.

The configuration of a new laptop consists of:-

• Unpacking & installing the battery (5 minutes)
• Completing the windows installation (20 to 60 minutes)
• Installing windows updates (30 minutes to 3 or 4 hours)
• Updating virus definitions (5 to 20 minutes)
• Creating the recovery cd's / DVD's (30 to 90 minutes)
