We are adaptable to new challenges, so if you have a requirement for some type of IT or electronic systems support that does not appear within our supported products we would be keen to discuss it with you After looking around at what our competitors charge for “Parts and Labour” maintenance contracts we felt those contracts to be overpriced, especially how the price of replacement computer equipment has fallen over the past few years. Most maintenance contracts leave the end user feeling some what disillusioned at the cost of the contracts, especially if they have very few callouts. With this in mind we wanted to be as flexible as possible offering value for money and make it cheaper rather than dearer for our customers to have piece of mind, knowing that in most eventualities they were covered. We operate a service plan for labour only where you choose the amount of labour hours you would like to commit too over a one year period; the more hours you commit too, the cheaper the hours become. If the hours you have committed to are not used within the first year we will carry the remainder over into your next service plan. The benefits for you are:-
We have 4 response times so you can choose how urgent your problems are:- Next available time slot (for non critical problems) – No Premium payable. 8 hour response – 0.5 hour premium payable 4 hour response – 1.0 hour premium payable Immediate response – 2.0 hours premium payable (terms and conditions apply) The first hour also includes travel time.
