Repairs

We offer a professional in store repair service fixing most types of software and hardware faults.

In store we offer a "No fix, No fee" service with fixed labour charges dependent on the fault. Labour charges from £15 to £45 (excludes data backup).  All our work is guaranteed with turnaround times varying dependent on the type of fault.

We always quote if hardware has failed so you can decide if we should replace the faulty parts.  If you choose not to go ahead with the repair, we charge a small £15 fee for diagnostics.

Onsite repairs (In home or business) incur an hourly rate payable on completion. We will ask certain questions to decide if it would be more cost effective for you to have an "In store" repair with a fixed labour fee rather than an hourly rate.

We also do a "Collect & Return" service, we will come out, disconnect your equipment, bring it back to the shop and fix if possible.  We will then return your equipment, reconnect it and show you it working.  Our Collect & Return service is an additional £15 and only available in South Yorkshire.
