We Have Moved.....

Why are you moving?
Our lease expires in March 2011.

When did you close?
We closed the shop on Friday 31st December 2010.  This will give us 3 months to remove all of the junk we have accumulated over the past 16 years.

Where are you moving too?
We will initially be mobile and working from home until we can find suitable premises.

Will I be able to drop off my computer for repair?
Yes, you can drop off your equipment for repair or we can collect & return your computer free of charge.  If you require it setting back up again a small fee may be payable.

What times will you be working?  
Because we will not be tied to the shop our times for collecting and returning computers will be very flexible, from 8am until 9pm most days.

How can I pay for my repair or purchase?
Just as you pay now, we have a mobile swipe terminal so Cash, Cheque or card payments will be accepted. We will also be expanding our website so you can pay online.

Will I still be able to purchase things from you?
Yes, we are still carrying in stock most of the things we did when we had our retail store, and because of the reduced overheads our price will be lower.  We will be doing free local deliveries and internet sales. 

How will I contact you?
Our telephone number has remained the same, see the bottom of our website for our telephone numbers.
